We can all agree that selling a house is stressful, even for real estate agents and industry professionals. Which is why the entrepreneurial mind behind Twin Cities Portfolio Group (TCPG) fused 20 years of industry insight, wisdom and networking to offer a hassle free off-market selling experience. With TCPG everyone wins: Realtors and their clients.
I built TCPG’s marketing strategy and brand identity from the ground up. The goal is to create brand recognition and increase investment clientele. This is a project in progress.

A dance company teaching Kizomba, a social dance from Angola.

It’s the little moments that make life a life of joy. Which is why dancing matters. It’s the respite in your week where you can have fun, meet new people, and be human…all while listening to amazing music.
I crafted Kizomba Mpls’ marketing strategy and brand identity which resulted in 51% more Instagram post engagement than previous quarters to date. …All with the end result of more dancing and maximum fun!

Daphnée Kizin
Sharing the beauty of Haiti through cuisine.
Project:
We all need to eat, right? …So why not eat something delicious, nourishing, and learn about Haiti in the process? Experiencing food is a way to experience culture. While Minneapolis is saturated with great cuisine across all genres, where else can one eat authentic home cooking from Haiti’s rich food tradition? Which is why chef Daphnee Pierre of Daphnee Kizin’s new cuisine project is so important. A nourishing meal isn’t simply food on a plate to fuel the body. Food is community, food is soulful, and a cultural exchange. Where food is a learning opportunity for some, it can also be a moment of nostalgic respite for others. Daphnee Kizin aims to bring Minnesotan’s together to eat good food and to travel to Haiti without leaving your dining table. I started with a business plan and developed Daphnée Kizin brand identity and content strategy from the ground up.

Take a moment to imagine traveling the world by simply sitting at the dining table. I welcome everyone who sits at my table to travel the world, a culinary cultural exchange, by sharing the flavors of Haiti and beyond.
Let’s start at the beginning: I grew up in a Haitian kitchen watching my mother and grandmother work their culinary magic. One of my earliest memories is waking up to my grandmother preparing a traditional Haitian spaghetti, consisting of Aransò (smoked herring) , Zonyon (onions), and Epis (spices). When I close my eyes I still remember these rich flavors, earthy aromas and spicy fragrances. ...Needless to say I had a passion for food.
...And yet it wasn’t until years later that I began to craft and reinvent the recipes that I watched my mother and grandmother make in my youth. Dishes such as Boulet (meatball), Legim (braised veggies and meat), and Ri Ak Pwa (rice and beans) suddenly had a new appeal. I have been cooking non stop ever since, and my mission is to share the beauty of Haiti through cuisine.

Featuring Athens, Arizona, Miami Beach, Paris and a spec campaign of “A Day In Bed.”
Project:
Traveling is really an answer to two questions: “Why does empathy matter? And how can I develop more of it?” By experiencing new-to-us places, we open our eyes to unique ways of thinking, of living, and connecting with people. This is a totally romantic and dreamy way to say that millennials are becoming the top consumers within the travel and hospitality industry, and they want experiences over things (source: Kingsbridge). I provide stunning visual content for brands in the travel industry to share their brand’s story with their community of clientele.
