The Opportunity

Dayta previously offered only a social media marketing and an ad-hoc blogging service, leaving a notable gap regarding SEO and content marketing opportunities. The goal was to establish a comprehensive content marketing service grounded in strategy.

The Strategy

I developed a content marketing workflow with a suite of content creation tools, templates, and SEO workflows designed to ensure strategic alignment with core business objectives. The service aligns SEO and content strategy, content creation, distribution, and analysis.

The Result

After the Content Marketing service rollout, Dayta increased pricing by 50%, and blog viewership across all clients increased by 85%.

Copywriting for Dayta’s Rebrand

Dayta is a fractional marketing agency serving over 75 clients across the nation, with an expertise in B2B SaaS and manufacturing marketing.


The Opportunity

Everyone thinks their agency is unique. Dayta’s rebrand was the perfect opportunity to actually prove it.

The Strategy

In collaboration with the leadership team, I wrote the website copy focusing on optimizing key messaging for SEO. I also co-developed a cohesive suite of educational content that included webinars, articles, and social media posts—all designed to reflect Dayta’s strategic expertise and value-add services.

The Result

As a result of these strategic initiatives, website traffic increased by 25% in a mere 3 months after launch.

Creating Scalable B2B SaaS Content Marketing Strategies

SEO Growth Strategy: Create keyword optimized copy for the website based on ICP and competitor research. 

Content Strategy: Build a Knowledge Base focused on top-of-funnel (TOFU) articles and bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) downloadable content targeting high-volume, low-difficulty keywords.

Content Repurposing: Transform high-performing content into ebooks, white papers, email newsletters, and engaging social media posts.

The Result

Across all B2B SaaS clientele, average organic traffic increased 259% and blog viewership increased 415%.

Generative AI Prompt Engineering

Harnessing the power of AI to create workflow efficiencies for tasks that.. well… suck.


The Opportunity

It is a rare gem among us who enjoys writing metadata. And yet, meta descriptions are the unsung hero of every SEO execution plan. The opportunity? Shorten time-consuming and down right boring copywriting workflows.

The Strategy

I engineered a GPT called "Meta Master," who took on the personality of a 15th-century Shakespearean bard. The Meta Master extracts keywords from a spreadsheet and transforms them into engaging SEO optimized meta titles and descriptions.

The Result

By infusing a playful and creative tone into the dry task of writing meta descriptions, I made the process more enjoyable for users while cutting copywriting production time by half.
